CUTE Summer Outfit, 18 months

Here is a picture of Harper modeling this CUTE summer outfit...I have THIS VERY OUTFIT available and ready to sell...its an 18 month top and bottom...The bottoms are supposed to be bloomer shorts...they can come just below the knee or right at the knee. They are a little long on Harper but she was about 15 months at the time this picture was taken.
